Toca do Coelho is Portuguese for Rabbit Hole. The name of the farm stems from the Dutch-based KONIJN (RABBIT) collective, who are the soul, minds and hardworking hands behind Toca Do Coelho. From August 2014 onwards we stuck our shovels together to start the building of a permaculture farm and make a neglected land revive in a sustainable manner. In addition to an ecological hotbed, the farm and its lands will form a cultural and creative meeting place, with magnificent activities and magical festivals.
Our goal is to show that we can make parts of this world into a better place by cooperating with each other and nature.
