Floating on the houseboat on the wonderful terrain of Café de Ceuvel, another meeting took place last Thursday. While enjoying delicious snacks and cold beers in the tropical July sun, the plans for August were discussed. Among others, the cooking team presented a tempting Mediterranean menu that left us all craving… For the Coelho’s who missed the meeting: Everyone is invited to share their favorite recipes and become Chef of the Day during August! In the meanwhile, some of us left to Portugal already, and last preparations are being made. One last meeting will take place before the rest of the group heads off. We can’t wait!!
